Pleasant
Location was pretty good, quiet neighbourhood and still close to the main street
Only one and same breakfast everyday and they could have been better. The shower stream was terrible. Paperthin walls, the fridge in the room was really loud and we couldn’t sleep properly

Enjoyable. Good location.
The location is very good. The pool is nice and the staff friendly. Overall a good option for the price of this hotel.
No food or drink options available on site. This may be due to the pandemic and staffing issues. There was clearly once a bar and meals area next to the pool which is no longer operating. There was also asmall Spa area which is also no longer opeating.

good location, close to the center and beaches. good value for the price. clean room, good size of the room. nice small breakfeast in the restaurant next to the street.
old and noisy bed not good smell of the room not english speaking people in the reception (only one)

What was the highlight of Hacienda Paradise Hotel by BFH
Good
Location 5 minutes from the dive shop i used. Comfortable bed. Balcony facing the courtyard. The staff are friendly and do their best. The pool and the courtyard were good too.
Poor plumbing. Water pressure very low to shower and toilet. Toilet did not flush properly and shower just a trickle, so i used the shower by the pool instead. Discussed with reception but clearly more investment is needed to refurbish the hotel. Generally the room needed renovating. It was just suffering from wear and tear. This hotel is really a three star bed and breakfast at the moment. The courtyard is spoilt by being dominated by the back of another hotel.
